Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
- All orders ship on an 8–14 day timeline due to recent tariff changes and supply chain adjustments. - This adjustment helps us maintain stable pricing without increasing product costs.
Expedited Shipping
- 5-day expedited shipping is available upon request.
- Expedited orders are subject to approval and include a rush service fee. - Please contact our team if you need your order prioritized.
Customer Commitment
- We aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.
- If unexpected delays occur, we will communicate promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. However, we want every customer to enjoy a great coffee experience.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1highgradecoffee@gmail.com and we will make it right.
- Exchanges: If you receive the wrong product, we’ll gladly replace it with the correct item at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
